With over 3 decades of professional experience, Jennifer (Jen) Brennan helps fellow humans kiss pain goodbye and embrace feeling good!  Knowing that pain feels different to every person, she helps people break free from self-sabotaging thoughts, misaligned choices, and old, nasty habits that are keeping them stuck in cycles of discomfort.

A licensed massage therapist, BodyMind coach, and yoga teacher, Jen acknowledges and treats the whole person, not just their symptoms.  She believes that much of the physical pain we feel in our bodies has origin stories in the mind and emotions.  Her holistic approach to healing helps people develop deeper self-awareness as they get to know the language of their bodies.  During a session with Jen, clients are met with compassion and given space to be seen and heard. 

Jen’s core values are authenticity, connectedness, exploration, humor, movement, and nature.  Other than water, her favorite beverage is a well-brewed cup of coffee.  She prefers the mountains to the ocean (but won’t say no to a day at the beach!) and enjoys preparing colorful meals.  

An amicably divorced mama of two amazing young adults, Jen is a pleasure activist and carves out time each day to savor delights big and small.  Equally at home hiking beneath the canopy of trees or joyfully salsa dancing with friends, Jen believes that a life aligned toward personal wellness feels pretty amazing!
