I graduated The American Bowen Academy August 2021 and am a certified Bowenwork Practitioner focusing on the BodyMind connection. I have also completed Special Procedures 1 2022.
2023 I graduated as a BodyMind Method Embodiment Coach from BodyMind Method With Laura Wieck.
My name Is Jenny O’Dell, and I love being a BodyMind Coach because I am able to facilitate an opportunity for clients to find rest and solace from what pains them. I let intuition be my guide and work with clients to teach them how to tune into their own intuition and healing capabilities. This method helps to ignite resiliency and confidence for my clients to move forward in life with authenticity and ease.
